Our turning department consists of the very latest CNC machines to include Citizen sliding heads along with a number of fixed head machines.
We operate the Citizen L12, L20, A20 and A32 Sliding Head lathes, and our range of fixed head machines are the BNE and a Doosan.
This means we are able to offer machining from 1.0 mm to 64.0 mm through bar feed and 203.0 mm in billet form.
All our machines are under 5 years old and are constantly upgraded so that Southfields Engineering has the very latest technology in their sector.
With our full CAD CAM programming capabilities we can offer multiple axis programming facilities.
